Sustainable Cuisine with Lindblad Expeditions

Eco-friendly Lindblad Expeditions has partnered with 1,000 local farmers, fishermen and suppliers to promote sustainable cuisine.
The travel company uses local and seasonal ingredients to prepare delicious meals aboard its ships.
Lindblad works with Blue Ocean Institute (BOI) to ensure that the seafood served on its ships was caught following the best fishing practices.
The "Chefs at Sea" program aboard Lindblad ships lets guests attend cooking demos and lectures to learn about food.
